Microalgae biomass
Arthrospira platensis
A nutrient-dense, high-protein microalgae cultivated in controlled open ponds for nutraceutical and functional-food applications. Sun-dried and milled to a fine, food-safe powder.
Biopigment extract
C-Phycocyanin
The natural blue pigment extracted from spirulina, prized for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity. Processed under controlled temperature to protect a heat-sensitive molecule — and standardised across three purity grades.

E18 · Food grade
A clean-label blue for beverages, confectionery, dairy and plant-based products — a natural replacement for synthetic dyes, stable within the ranges food formulators work in.
E40 · Pharma grade
High-purity C-Phycocyanin for supplements, antioxidant formulations and diagnostic fluorescent markers — supported by full documentation and a Certificate of Analysis per batch.
E25 · Cosmetic grade
A vivid, skin-friendly pigment with anti-inflammatory properties for serums, masks and colour cosmetics — where the visual of a true natural blue is part of the product story.
03Why Stellar Global
Anyone can quote a grade. We built the operation so buyers can trust it: one facility, one team, one paper trail from pond to pack.
Cultivation, extraction and packaging happen under one roof. No blending of third-party biomass, no anonymous supply — the pigment you receive is the pigment we grew.
Every shipment carries batch-level documentation: purity grade, moisture, heavy-metal and microbiological results. What's on the spec sheet is what's in the drum.
We standardise straight to E25 and E40 — the thinly-supplied, high-purity end of the market — rather than defaulting to commodity food grade and hoping it's enough.
Formulation starts with a trial, not a container. We ship samples from a 1 kg minimum and move quickly, so your R&D team isn't waiting on procurement.
04Our story
Stellar Global started with a simple observation: India's phycocyanin was either sold at scale as a spirulina side-line, or traded loosely as an unstandardised commodity. Buyers who needed a consistent, high-purity blue — with paperwork — were left negotiating on trust.
We built the opposite. A focused operation where phycocyanin is the flagship, not the afterthought: grown and extracted in-house, standardised to grade, and documented batch by batch. The goal is boring, in the best way — the same pigment, the same spec, every single time.
Four partners run it hands-on, close to the ponds and close to the buyers. That's deliberate. It's how samples move in days, how custom grades get answered by a decision-maker, and how a growing business earns the trust of the pharma and nutraceutical brands it supplies.
